• You can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days, incase you do not like it for any reasons. Perishable items cannot be returned.

• We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
• We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
• At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
• There is a admin / credit card commission cost of 10% of the final order value ( 5% while accepting and 5% while refunding ) or $10 USD depending on the order size.
• Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
• All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is must to accept returns back.
• For orders placed using Western Union or Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost mentioned above.
• Incase of orders with free shipping, a flat shipping cost of $10 USD per item would be deducted towards shipping cost. This is in addition to the above said return charges.
• Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
