How Do I avail Cash on Delivery for a particular product? Cash on Delivery option is available only if the following conditions are met.

  • The Product chosen has to be non-customized. (If you wish to avail Cash on Delivery option, you need to deselect the customizing options)
  • The Billing Address and Shipping Address have to be the same. (Enable this in the order form under ‘Shipping Details’ and ‘Billing Details’)
